On May 6th, Br. 23 of Canadian Slovak League in Welland held their annual spring luncheon. It was a wonderful afternoon where family and friends were able to come together to share and ‘catch’ up on current happenings. 78 members attended this event which was held at St. Anthony’s Croatian Church hall. A filling lunch of chicken and salads was served. In attendance, was Kraska Brooke Atamanyk, who will be representing Br. 23 at Slovak Day in Milton as well as Welland’s Multicultural functions this year. Everyone had a great time!
