Slovak Hero Martin Benko from Montreal

17-year old student Martin Benko was honoured in Montreal by receiving a precious plaque for saving a human life, from the President of Canadian Slovak Professional and Business Association, Dr. Josef Brody. In October 2009, Martin saved a person from drowning, reports the December issue of Slovak Montreal.
