The main course of Bison meat in cream sauce with cramberries and all the trimmings was delcious, as only the best chef in the city, Paul Hebelka can prepare. And among the door prices was a bottle of real Bošácka slivovica that the winner graciously sampled with friends.
Branch 65 of the Canadian Slovak League, which organized the event will use the proceeds to support community activity in Calgary, contribute to organizing activities for children, and to maintain the Slovak mass at regular intervals.
