Montreal Slovak Organizations

Branch 2 of the Canadian Slovak League is after many decades still very active choir in Montreal. Current President of the branch is Kornelia Kozma. The Branch organizes, among other events, annual Slovak Day picnics and Santa’s gift bearing party for children.

Canadian Slovak Professional and Business Asociation (CSPBA) is another important organization which, among other activities, organizes a Scholarship Ball in November. The ball has   financially supported talented students of Slovak heritage for many decades. The President of the CSPB is Dr. Josef Brody.

A charitable organization La Maison Slovaque - Slovak house also operates in Montreal and financially and organizationally supports various Slovak events and activities. Four times a year it publishes a community newsletter Slovensky Montreal.
